Both day & night staff have me very god attention in every respect. I felt respected and they were both "human" and efficient. I was moved to ECG. The portering efficiency could be improved. (Should be improved) but this was not ward or ECG dept fault I believe

Doctors and nurses were fantastic. Food was worst than worst. Some of the auxillarys staff were lazy and bad tempered but most were very helpful. Bathrooms smelly/ dirty.

Every need was met with care, courtesy and compassion. Difficult one as I have no problems with nursing standards - the only thing I can think of is - advising patients not to put blue hand towels in the toilets x2 blocked
